REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that travel plans can change. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations, refunds, and booking policies before joining an adventure with Generation Explores.

Why We Have A Cancellation Policy

Every trip involves advance bookings for transportation, local guides, permits, accommodations, and operational arrangements. Our cancellation policy helps us manage these commitments while remaining fair to all participants.

75% Refund

01. Cancel 8 Days Or More Before The Event

If you cancel your booking 8 days or more before the event date, you will receive a 75% refund of the total booking amount.

50% Refund

02. Cancel 4–7 Days Before The Event

If you cancel your booking between 4 and 7 days before the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

No Refund

03. Cancel Within 3 Days Of The Event

Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy

04. Unable To Attend

Participants who do not attend the event without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

Booking Transfers

05. Non-Transferable Bookings

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person and date changes are not permitted unless approved by Generation Explores.

Trip Cancellation By Us

Safety Always Comes First

In rare situations, trips may be postponed or cancelled due to severe weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed as early as possible regarding available options.
